Poster Presentation and Reporting

This conference features a poster presentation session. Participants are welcome to submit posters related to the conference themes. The posters will be evaluated, and two selected presenters will be invited to deliver brief oral presentations on the 18th. Relevant details and requirements are as follows:

Eligibility:

Participants must be students, research assistants or post-doctoral fellows of biomedical academy and institutions, and in principal, the participants should be the first author. Only one poster can be submitted by each participant.

Poster Themes:

Emerging technologies, cell and gene therapy, stem cell biology, immunology, regenerative medicine, clinical medicine, translational medicine, and other topics relevant to the conference theme.

Poster Requirements:

• The submitted work must be original, not plagiarized nor copied. The content may contain published or unpublished research work; if it has been published, please specify the copyright of the work. The poster should be in Chinese or English.

• Be in JPG or PDF format (not less than 10MB, named as the full English name shown on the participant’s registration ID card), with a resolution greater than 300 dpi. The poster size is portrait A0, 84.1cm (wide) by 118.9cm (high).

• A poster template is provided in the attachment. Participants can determine their own font and layout as long as the content is complete and readable

• The poster should include: title, authors and affiliations, research objectives, methods, results, discussions, and summary/conclusions.

Submitted posters will be printed uniformly after review by the organizing committee and experts. Outstanding posters will receive awards and certificates:

• First Prize (2 winners): ¥1,000 each + invitation to present in the main venue.

• Second Prize (3 winners): ¥500 each.

• Third Prize (4 winners): ¥300 each.

Deadline:

Interested participants must upload poster images/documents via the provided link or QR code on or before May 12, 2025.

If you are not able to submit the poster on or before May 12, you may just submit the title and abstract for the evaluation of the Poster Review. You can carry the poster to the venue by yourself after the organizer agrees to show it.

Note:

The organizing committee covers professional printing and display services for selected posters. Awardees must participate in subsequent academic exchange activities.
